The purpose behind G3 is to create fun, quality social events for the gay community.
With these events we aim to foster goodwill and meeting opportunities, build connections with local hospitality businesses, enhance LGBT visibility and encourage philanthropy.
G3 Happy Hours are a no-hassle and agenda-free experience, so we do not allow groups or individuals to “work the crowd” passing out flyers, directly soliciting funds or asking for endorsements. However we do offer not-for-profit organizations and community groups the opportunity to promote their cause or event through our G3 Cares Community Partner Program which provides online marketing support and a physical presence at our events for information sharing, outreach and fundraising. There is no cost to participate.
Some of the organizations and groups we have been happy to support include:

Every G3 event is special since we go to different venues each month, but some of our events are EXTRA special! We have had a Jell-o eating contest for SAAF, drag shows for Tucson Pride, food drives and block parties, TV Premieres and even protests.
Here are just some of our efforts:
The G3 Thanksgiving FOOD DRIVE
Our November Happy Hour has raised thousands of dollars and 20,000 food and toiletry donations for people living with HIV/AIDS —- the largest effort of it’s kind in Tucson!
The G3 Holiday Party FRUITCAKE
Every December we throw a fabulous holiday party and show at The Rialto Theatre and we host a catered VIP “Thank You” reception for board members of local non-profit agencies!
Will & Grace Season Premiere VIEW PARTY
For the “Fab Four” reboot we teamed up with NBC Universal, raising $1,500 for the Youth Center on 4th —-and some lucky winners went to Hollywood to see a taping of the show!
Engage Marriage Equality BLOCK PARTY
When the Supreme Court was ready to rule on Marriage Equality we immediately raised funding and organized a block party for a big community response!
No on SB1062 Political Action VETO
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer was about to sign legislation to allow discrimination against LGBT people, so we quickly raised over $2,000 posted 500 VETO signs!
